Weddings are such a special occasion let us help you bring your vision to life. We also offer a beautiful dessert table and delicious wedding favors for your guest.

Every cake is unique, the design will reflect the final price. Prices start at $400 for a two-tier cake. Our service is complete with delivery and set up of the cake this is included with the final price.

Policy

We’re excited to create this delicious and memorable cake for you.

1. Ordering:

• All orders must be placed at least two months prior to your event of date. Custom designs require a consultation. Please inquire via email or call. Please provide any specific themes, flavors, and dietary restrictions during the ordering process.
• I will confirm availability and provide a quote for your design.

2. Payment:

• A 50% deposit is required upon placing the order, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the delivery date.
• Payments can be made via. Venmo, Zelle, Check or Cash payment is accepted. The balance due 2 weeks before your event no exception.
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

3. Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 month before the delivery date for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior will result in a loss of the deposit.
• In the case of rescheduling, deposits can be applied to a new date, subject to availability.

4. Delivery/Pickup

• Delivery is available within Orange County New York. A delivery fee will be applied based on distance. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe delivery location.
• Please be advised if you choose to pick up and set up the cake you have assumed all liability and responsibility once the cake leaves our premises and is in your possession, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation or handling. While we take every precaution to ensure the structural integrity of our cakes, factors such as temperature changes, uneven surfaces, or sudden movements can impact the appearance of the cake. Upon delivery, please inspect the cake for any damage. Claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• We recommend transporting the cake on a flat surface, such as the floor of your vehicle, and driving cautiously to minimize any potential damage. Additionally, please handle the cake with care when placing it in your vehicle and when bringing it into your event premises.
• If you have any concerns or questions about transporting your cake, please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to pick up. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure your cake arrives safely and beautifully.

5. Dietary Restrictions:

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, soy, nuts, peanuts, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guest of this risk and not hold us accountable. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Storage and Care:

• Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration may be necessary for certain designs or fillings.
• For best taste and texture, consume the cake within 3 days of delivery.

7. Customer Satisfaction:

• Our goal is to create a cake that meets your expectations. If there are any issues, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

8. Photography:

• We may take photographs of your cake for marketing purposes.
• We reserve the rights to use any photography of your cake for display, promotion, and or all social media platform without any compensation.
